摘要
针对信息技术企业员工特点,对其人才测评方法进行了研究,并通过对一家中小型信息技术企业招聘过程进行了分析。结果证明:如果信息技术企业技术人员招聘过程中引入适当的心理测评环节和工具,对企业发展和员工个人的发展有双重好处,同时还可以从“源头”上遏制员工流失。
Aimed at the features of IT technical employees, researching the personnel assessment methods and analyzing the employment process of IT technical enterprises. The result is that introducing the suitable psychology assessment method in the process of employment can benefit both the enterprises'development and the employees'develop, and at the same time, restrain the employees'turnover.
