摘要
在战略制定阶段,战略制定者要进行环境分析,分析内外部环境。而实际上很多企业,面对危机经常会表现得措手不及。分析产生危机现象产生的原因,提出通过危机性战略管理来解决这一问题,实现战略管理与危机管理的有效结合。
In the stage of making strategy, the person who makes strategy should carry on environmental analysis, analyze the inside and outside environments. However, many enterprises often make no adequate defense in front of the crisis. In order to realizing the effective combination between the crisis management and the strategic management, reasons of crisis phenomenon are analyzed and the theory that the problem is resulted through crisis strategic management.
