摘要
反思型教学倡导教师从一个较客观的角度来观察、分析和评价自身的教学行为,深入理解与反思行为过程及其背后的理论支撑,自我总结,以期在未来改进提高教学行为。这种属于教师行为研究领域的模式,认可教师原有的知识经验,同时又鼓励其对教学设计、实施过程,课堂教学对象行为和教学评估等多方面进行反思,进而促进教师专业发展。
Reflective teaching methodology sparkplugs teachers to observe, analyze and assess their own teaching behaviors from an objective perspective. As a result, teachers can comprehend and rethink the teaching process and its supporting theories deeply, and self-summarize so as to improve their teaching behaviors in the future. This mode belonging to teacher behavior research aims to promote teachers' professional development by approbating teachers' previous experience and encouraging them to reflect on teaching designs, implementary process, learners' behavior and teaching assessment.
