摘要 发展性教师评价的新体系、新理念,已逐渐成为我国教师评价改革中主要价值取向,并得到广大教育工作者及管理者的普遍关注和认同。它是新课程改革的历史必然,更是现代教育亟待探求的实践命题。人们呼唤发展性教师评价的实施能为教师的主体性发展提供广阔的空间,进而最终赢得教师、学生、学校全面、可持续的发展。 The new system and concept of evaluating teachers developmentally has become a essential valuable orientation in the reformation of evaluating teachers, receiving general attention and approval from most educators. In the process of reformation of new curriculum, it is natural historically, and also an urgent practical proposition to be explored in modern education. People expect that the execution of evaluating teachers developmentally can be developed fully. As a result, teachers, students and schools will obtain continuable and all-around development respectively.
