摘要
介绍了流化床的结构、工作原理、主要参数和尾气检测结果,对火烧、化学浸泡、喷砂处理、超高压水射流、流化床几种清理方法进行了对比,还将目前最先进的清理方法——流化床和超高压水射流从设备投资、清理质量、清理费用、后续处理等方面做了分析与说明。结果表明,流化床适用性好、符合环保要求,将代替传统的脱漆工艺及清理方法。在汽车制造厂或相关行业大力推广使用流化床处理生产辅助工件,是一个很好的发展方向。
The structure,working principle,main parameter and tail gas inspection results of fluidized bed were introduced.Different cleaning methods,as burning,chemical soak,sand blasting,extra high pressure water jet and fluidized bed,are compared.Comparison between two current advanced cleaning methods,fluidized bed and extra high pressure water jet,are illustrated in terms of equipment investment,cleaning quality,cleaning costs,subsequent treating.It indicates that fluidized bed has good applicability and suits the requirement of environment protection, can replace conventional depainting process and cleaning method. It has good prospects in automobile industry.
