摘要
目前汽车壳体件大部分采用滑石粉或玻璃纤维增强的聚丙烯材料。玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯材料的性能远远超过了标准的要求,其成型难度大,翘曲严重,大件无法成型,且产品表面差;用滑石粉填充的聚丙烯,产品成型容易,表面质量好,但材料的性能差,产品的低温冲击性差,影响其使用寿命。研究了利用针状硅灰石的高长径比、与聚丙烯优良的相容性和低成本来代替玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯,提高材料的综合性能,降低成本。
Most of automobile shell parts are made of talculm powder or glass fiber reinforced polypropylene at present.The performance of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene exceeds the standard requirements,but it has many disadvantages such as difficult formability,severe warping,no forming for large parts,and bad surface quality,etc. Talculm powder reinforced polypropylene has good formability and surface quality,but inferior performance and inferior low-temperature impact property,therefore its use life is affected.Utilizing needle aedelforsite,which has a high slenderness ratio,good compatibility with polypropylene and lower costs,replaces glass fiber reinforced polypropylene to improve the performance of materials and to lower costs.
