摘要 目的 评估Cockcroft Gault方程和MDRD方程计算肾小球滤过率来反应肾功能的可行性。方法 测定14 7名患者的2 4小时肌酐清除率(2 4hCcr) ,同时测定血肌酐、尿肌酐、白蛋白、尿素氮并称体重。用Cockcroft -Gault方程(CG -GFR)和MDRD方程(MD -GFR分别以白人和黑人计算)估算肾小球滤过率,并进行比较分析。结果 总体上,CG- GFR与2 4hCcr无差异,呈高相关(r =0 .879)。2 4hCcr分别与MD- GFR(白人)和MD GFR(黑人)比较,差异有统计学意义。结论 我国人群可以适用Cockcroft Gault方程来评估肾功能,值得在临床上推广应用。MDRD方程可能不适用于中国人。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using Cockcroft-Gault formula(CG-GFR)and MDRD equation(MD-GFR) to estimate renal function. Methods Serum creatinine,urine creatinine, albumin and urea were determined in 147 patients, creatinine clearance rate calculated by 24 hour creatinine clearance rate and GFR estimated by Cockcroft-Gault formula and MDRD equation. Then the correlation between these groups was analyzed. Results There were no difference between 24 h Ccr and CG-GFR.There was significant difference between 24 h Ccr and MD-GFR (black people and white people). Conclusion Cockcroft-Gault equation can reflect Chinese renal function, but MDRD equation is not fit for Chinese.
