环磷酰胺冲击治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的疗效观察

The Effect of Intravenous Cyclophospamide Therapy on Henoch-schoenlein Purpura Nephritis of Children

目的 观察环磷酰胺静脉冲击治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的近期疗效及不良反应大小。方法 将38例紫癜性肾炎患儿分为两组:一组行环磷酰胺静脉冲击治疗,另一组用雷公藤治疗。结果 环磷酰胺组显效率为4 7.1%、总有效率为94 .1% ;雷公藤组显效率为2 3.8%、总有效率为6 1.9% ,前者效果明显优于后者。结论 环磷酰胺静脉冲击治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎近期疗效确切、副作用少,为临床治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎提供了一条新的、有效的途径。

Objective To observe recent efficacy and side effect of intravenous cyclophospamide therapy on Henoch-Schoenlein Purpura nephritis(HSN) in children. Methods Thirty-eight HSN children patients were divided into two groups:in one of which intravenous cyclophospamide therapy was conducted and in the other common threewingnut root therapy was conducted. Results the obvious effect in the CTX group was 47.1% and in the common threewingnut root group was 23.8%;the total effective rate in the two group was 94.1% and 61.9%. Conclusion The data suggest that intravenous cyclophospamide therapy was recent,exact efect on HSN with few effects and provides a new and an effective way of clinical therapy.
