外源性牛重组瘦蛋白(Leptin)对初生小牛脂肪细胞形态及甘油三酯含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 试验将5mg/L外源性牛重组瘦蛋白(Leptin)添加到培养6d的从初生小牛大网膜前脂肪细胞分化的脂肪细胞培养液中,观察Leptin对脂肪细胞形态及细胞内甘油三酯含量的影响。结果表明,在培养基中加入Leptin后4h,细胞形态发生了显著变化,细胞体积缩小,细胞内的脂肪滴减少。同时,细胞甘油三酯含量降低了32.96%(P<0.05)。结果说明,Leptin可促进体外原代培养的脂肪细胞甘油三酯的分解和脂肪代谢。 The ectogenetic bovin recombination leptin as 5 mg/L was added to the culture media of the grater omentum anterior adipose cell sampled from new-born calf to determine the effect of leptin on the form of adipose cell and the content of triglyceride in the cell.The result was as follow:the size of adipose cell became small,the content of fat and triglyceride in the cell decreased.4 hour after leptin was added to the culture media.It is concluded that leptin can stimulate catabolism of triglyceride and mobilization of fat in adipose cell in vitro.
