摘要
以12E390V柴油机为对象,建立了柴油机简化传递函数和执行器模型。控制方法采用PID控制,并利用遗传算法优化控制器参数,对柴油机动态调速过程进行了仿真分析,并分别和Z N(Ziegler Nichols)法、ISTE最优设定法[1]这2种参数整定方法做了比较。结果表明遗传算法的性能远优于其它2种参数整定法。
The transfer function and controller models are established for 12E390V diesel engine. The traditional PID algorithm is adopted. The simulated analysis on the dynamic regulating process of governing system for the diesel engine is made, and the parameters of PID controller are optimized by genetic algorithm. Simulation results are compared with Zigler-Nichols and ISTE method. The results indicate that the characteristics of genetic algorithm are optimum in comparison with the other methods.
