New development of biodegradable and bioabsorbable materials in bone tissue engineering

摘要 综述了可降解、可吸收性骨科材料的新发展。重点介绍了当前骨组织工程研究的热点,主要对自增强聚乳酸、珊瑚羟基磷灰石和天然氨基酸聚合物等可降解吸收骨科材料的性质、用途等做了较为详细的阐述。并对可降解吸收骨科材料的发展趋势进行了探讨。认为随着近年来“绿色化工”的发展以天然材料作为合成原料的骨科材料将是可降解可吸收骨科材料的发展趋势。 This paper reviews recent work on biodegradable and bioabsorbable bone-repaired materials. The current hot areas of biodegradable materials in bone tissue engineering are emphasized in poly lactic acid, interpore 500 and polymer of amino acid and the future research directions of biodegradable and bioabsorbable Bone-repaired materials are also discussed. According to the development of Green Chemical, the development current of biodegradable and bioabsorbable bone-repaired materials is amino acid and it′s ramification.
