加压钢板和带锁髓内钉在股骨干骨折治疗中的疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture: grosse-kempf intramedullary interlocking nail and compression plate

目的评价Grosse-Kempf带锁髓内钉(G-K钉)、加压钢板2种不同的内固定方法对股骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾分析2002年7月～2003年6月采用2种内固定方法治疗79例股骨干骨折患者的恢复情况,对骨折愈合时间、优良率和感染率进行了比较和分析。结果随访时间4～25个月。加压钢板治疗的35例患者骨折平均愈合时间为5.6个月,优良率85.8%,感染率为8.6%;G-K钉治疗的44例患者骨折平均愈合时间为4.5个月,优良率95.5%,感染率为2.2%。2组在骨折愈合时间、优良率和感染率上均有统计学差异。结论G-K钉固定更符合生物力学原理,是目前治疗各种类型股骨干骨折的比较理想的内固定方法。

To evaluate the efficacy of Grosse-Kempf intramedullary interlocking nail(G-K nail) and compression plate in treatment of femoral shaft fractures. A respective analysis was done on the recovery of 79 cases of femoral shaft fractures with two internal fixation from July 2002 to June 2003. They were followed-up for an average 13 months(ranged 4～25 months).The mean time of fracture union was 5.6 months; the satisfactory rate and infection rate were 85.8% and 8.6%. Those were 4.5 months, 95.5% and 2.2% in the 44 cases of group G-K nail. There were significant deference in statistics. [Conclusion] G-K nail fixation fits to biomechanical principle. It is a good internal fixation method in the treatment of various kinds of femoral shaft fracture at present.
