摘要
随着信息技术日新月异的发展,一个“E-化”的时代正在向我们外语教育界走来。近年来,“e”不仅成了信息时代的符号特征,而且也是最活跃的字母前缀,以“e-”前缀构成的新词活跃在各个领域,如E-Business,E-Marketing,E-Government,E-Management,E-Learning,e-Home,e-Library,e-Class等概念。业界说E-learning给我们的是一幅“乱花渐欲迷人眼”的繁华景象。本文拟就E-Learning这一概念的本质进行剖析,试图探讨E-Learning的定义及其特征,并就如何应对E-Learning提出了对策。
With the rapid development of information technology, 'e' becomes not only the symbol of the information age but also the most active prefix of letter, thus new-built words prefixed 'e' are active in every field. It is said that E-Learning presents us a very charming and fascinating scene. The paper tries to analysis E-Learning's definition and features. Furthermore the paper discusses how to deal with the trend of E-Learning in English teaching and learning.
