摘要 主要介绍了交-交变频全数字矢量控制系统的构成和控制原理以及在热连轧主传动中的应用。交-交变频全数字矢量控制系统作为交流调速系统的一种,被广泛的应用到主传动控制系统中。交-交变频调速系统并将随着时代的发展不断完善,逐步取代直流调速系统,成为电气传动领域中的主流。 The construction and control principle of AC to AC frequency conversion whole digit vector control system and the application of it- to the hot continuous rolling main drive are mainly introduce in this paper. After a long time development, AC speed adjusting system has overcome the defect of unstable speed adjusting and un - smooth transition in the old system. Compared with the DC speed adjusting system, it has the advantages as follows: speed adjusting is stable; equipment is simple and durable and maintenance is easy. Widely used in the main drive control system, AC to AC frequency conversion whole digit vector control system is one of the AC speed - adjusting systems. Up to now, all the systems adopted in our country' s introduced thin steel plate hot continuous rolling systems have been running well. The system will be kept developed and finally come into its perfect being the first priority of the electrical drive field.
