不当的人力资源管理会阻碍企业的发展。利用约束理论(TOC),可以透过企业人事管理的不良表象,把握问题的实质并合理解决,使企业从人力资源的开发和管理中获取效益。
Development of enterprises can be hindered by improper managing mechanism of human resources. The crux of unhealthy appearance in the management of human resources can be grasped and solved reasonably by using the theory of constraints making enterprises get benefits from the development of management of human resources.
