摘要
列举几种影响企业信息化进程的悖力因素进行实证分析,说明信息化建设过程中应重视对悖力因素的发现,从而最大限度地防止和消除其不良影响。
several kinds of the perverse force factors that have negative influences on the process of enterprises' being informed are analyzed with examples indicating that it is important to focus on finding out the perverse force factors in the process of construction of being informed so that their effects can be maximally prevented and eliminated.
