摘要
SCM环境对供应商管理提出了新的要求。结合包钢实际,阐述了包钢进行供应商管理的必要性,对供应商评价体系进行了模型化的数学分析,并给出了应用实例,为科学地建立供应商评价体系提供了新思路。
The circumstance of SCM is bringing forwards new demands to supplier relationship management. Based on the realities of Baogang,ing this paper,the necessity of having suppliers managed is demonstrated,a modeling mathematical analysis on supplier - evaluation system is performed with some examples of practice, providing a new thought in scientifically setting up a supplier - evaluation system.
