摘要
利用直读光谱仪,对薄壁小口径管材中C、Si、Mn、P、S、Ni、Cr、Cu、Al等常规元素进行测定。对样品制备、分析条件、标准曲线的拟合等问题进行了讨论。分析结果准确度、精密度好。本方法实现了对薄壁小口径管材的快速分析,在满足生产要求的同时,为轧制状态钢材的分析开发出一条实用的新途径。
The common elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nickel, chromium, copper, aluminum and so on in the thin wall and small diameter steel tube are determined by using AES (atomic emission spectroscopy) . In this paper, the analysis conditions, preparation of analytical samples and correction of calibration curves are discussed. This method has been proved of having a high accuracy and precision, and quick analysis on the thin wall and small diameter steel tube meeting the requirement of the production and at same time developing a practical way of analysis on the elements in the rolling type of steel.
