氧化铝生产废水处理工艺的探讨

氧化铝生产废水处理目前还没有一个统一的方法。国内有六大氧化铝厂,生产工艺略有不同,但废水水量、水质和处理工艺各不一样,因此,需要结合氧化铝行业的特点,探讨其生产废水的处理流程。就此分析氧化铝生产废水的特性,并结合山西铝厂生产废水的处理实践,推荐氧化铝生产废水采用:调节(隔油)-沉淀-纤维过滤-排水,这一物理处理工艺,同时对处理后废水回用给出多项建议。

The quantity, quality and treatment process of Al2O3 production wastewater are different from each other in several domestic aluminium plants which have little difference in Al2O3 production process. So it is necessary to decide the process of wastewater treatment on the basis of the Al2O3 production characteristic. Base on the wastewater characteristic and the practice of wastewater treatment in Shanxi Aluminium Plant, it is commended a physical process which includes adjustment, sediment and fibre-filtration to treat the wastewater. And the suggestions of the wastewater reclamation is also proposed in this paper.
