Bottleneck of Human Capital for Agricultural Products Processing Industry and Its Countermeasure

从资本原始积累的角度,分析农产品加工业的人力劣势,探究劣势制约农产品加工业发展的机理。借鉴国外工业化过程提高劳动力素质的经验,针对农村劳动力培训和教育体系的弊端,提出了一系列对策。

Relatively lower quality of rural labor force has not been suitable for the situation of labor force transfer, it become an obstacle of the primitive accumulation of human capital in agriculture products processing enterprise,and also conflicts to the strategic development of farm products processing industry. From the viewpoint of capital primitive accumulation, the paper analyses the disadvantages of human capital of agricutural products processing industry. Based on the experiences from abroad and at home, the paper finds out the mechanism and countermeasure aiming at the weakness of labor force training and education system.
