摘要
介绍了在火电机组仿真机的研制过程中根据INFI-90控制系统的模型自动转换为STAR-90 仿真控制模型,并对INFI-90操作员站的文本化画面进行翻译驱动,能大大缩短仿真机的开发周期和提高仿真度,不仅使仿真机与实际机组具有完全一致的内部控制逻辑,而且使仿真机与实际机组具有完全一致的操作员站的画面显示、操作风格等,大大减轻了仿真机开发人员的工作量,体现了该方法良好的应用前景,为火电机组分布式控制系统(DCS)仿真提供了一条新思路。
In an investigation on the simulation machine of thermal power generating units, the development period of the simulation machine can be greatly shortened and the fidelity improved by transforming the INFI-90 control system model into a STAR-90 simulation model and adopting the automatic translation technology in the text formed pictures of INFI-90 operator station. Meanwhile, the simulation machine is made to have not only a completely conformable inside control logic as that of the actual units, but also a completely conformable display of the operating styles at the operator' s station as that of the actual units. By greatly reducing the workload of simulation machine development, the method has favorable application prospects and offers a new idea for the simulation of the distributed control system (DCS) of thermal power generating units.
