摘要 自然界存在的微生物只有一少部分能够通过标准纯培养方法获得,而绝大多数是难培养和不能培养的微生物,近年出现了一些新的直接从环境基质中提取微生物DNA的方法,用来研究环境中微生物多样性。对目前用于提取和纯化环境样品中微生物DNA的研究进展进行了综述. Study on the microbial diversity in natural ecosystems has long been limited because only a minority of naturally occurring microbes can be cultured using standard techniques. Several methods for the extraction of DNA of microor ganism directly from the environmental matrix have been recently developed to so lve this problem and this review covers the major extraction procedures currentl y used to obtain microbial DNA from environmental samples.
