摘要
通过对20世纪末中国音乐教育所取得的成就及面临问题的分析,重新审视了音乐艺术教育对培养全面发展的人的价值和作用,确立了新的课程目标,使不同层次、不同类型的音乐教育,在21世纪得到新的发展。
This paper analyses the achievements obtained and questions encounte red by China's musical education in the end of 20th century. It resurveys the va lue and the function of musical and artic education towards cultivating the full -developed persons. In order that the musical education of different levels and types can get further development in the 21st century, the paper sets up some n ew curriculum objects.
