摘要
分析小学教学骨干教师的现状,从课程设置、培训模式、师资整合等方面对省级培训进行了实践探索。
This paper analyses the present situation of the key mathematics tea cher in the primary school,and makes practical exploration upon the province-le vel training from such aspects as the current situation, courses arrangement, tr aining forms and teachers' arrangement.
