民族地区食品安全现状及对策 被引量:3

Situation of Food Safety in Minority Areas and Countermeasures

摘要 本文调查、分析了鄂西南民族地区食品安全的现状,发现基层食品安全工作存在着食品生产企业整体水平低、食品卫生安全隐患严重,无证(缺证)从事食品生产经营现象普遍,食品安全质量意识淡薄,食品安全监督执法机制不顺,食品质量令人担忧等问题。提出了食品安全监督立法,完善食品安全法律体系;改革现行食品安全监管机制,归并执法职能,建立权威、高效、统一的食品安全监管执法体系;加大食品安全宣传教育力度;标本兼治,提高食品质量;完善食品安全责任及制度等对策。
