经胸部途径腔镜下切除甲状腺手术的体会

Endoscopic thyroidectomy VIA thoracic approach

目的 探讨经胸部途径腔镜甲状腺切除术的可行性与疗效。方法 回顾分析2 0例经胸部途径胸骨前入路腔镜甲状腺切除术,对腔镜甲状腺切除术的手术适应症、手术方法、疗效等进行讨论。结果 本组2 0例甲状腺切除术,术中、术后无大出血、纵隔气肿及喉返神经损伤等严重并发症。结论 经胸部途径腔镜甲状腺切除术安全可行,术后颈部无疤痕,胸部疤痕小且隐蔽,兼有美容价值,值得探索。

Objective To assess the feasibility and efficacy of endoscopic thyroidectomy via thoracic approach.Methods 20 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy were reviewed. The procedures and indications of the new technique and the efficacy of treatment were discussed as well.Results 20 cases were successfully done endoscopically.There were no serious intraoperative or postoperative complications, including large morrhage, mediastinal aerocele,and injury of the recurrent laryngeal nerve.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy via thoracic approach is a feasible and safe procedure. No scars are in the necd and the lesser scar in the thoracic wall is even more inconspicuous.These features show satisfactory cosmetic value for patients.
