在东北老工业基地振兴中,东北历史文化的发掘和现代文化的建设,同样不可忽略。本文简略地描述了东北历史文化的现象,认为在中国文化与文学的漫长历史中,东北居于边缘;但现代以后,情况有所变化,特别是五十年代以科技、教育为代表的大规模的文化建设,为东北工业基地的建成提供了雄厚的基础和保证,并实际上支撑了东北五十年的社会发展。因此,如何在老工业基地振兴中振兴和继续建设东北的文化并使之发展壮大,是影响到东北振兴和可持续发展的重要问题。

During the course of the restoration of the old industry base of Northeast history, it is not neglected to explore and construct the Northeast history and culture. This article aims to describe the historical and cultural phenomena of the Northeast. Thus, how to promote and construct the northeast culture is the important question to the northeast promotion and its sustainable development.
