摘要
建立了直膨式太阳能热泵热水器实验样机,该样机采用裸板式太阳能集热器作为蒸发器。在室内模拟光源(0~1000W/m2)下,对该热水器进行了性能测试,得出热水平均加热功率为1.04 kW,热泵平均COP为4.18。通过对实验数据加以整理和分析,得出了热水温度、集热/蒸发板温度、热水加热功率及热泵COP随太阳辐射强度及运行时间的变化规律,并提出了热泵COP的改善措施。
A prototype of direct-expansion solar-assisted heat-pump water heater was fabricated, which applies bare plate solar collector acting as evaporator. Its performance was investigated under the simulated solar radiation (0-1000 W/m2). The results indicated that, the averaged values of heat output rate and system COP were about 1.04 kW and 4.18 respectively.. The variations of several parameters such as water load temperature, collector/evaporator plate temperature, water heating load and heat pump COP with time were analyzed. Based upon the experimental results, and some suggestions were raised to improve the heat pump COP.
