鞍钢工伤保险基金收缴费率的探讨与研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨鞍钢各行业的工伤风险等级,确定工伤保险的差别费率,建立工伤保险基金收缴模型.方法采用流行病学现况调查方法,对鞍钢集团公司116企事业单位1997年1月~1999年6月所有工业外伤、职业病及其费用发生情况进行调查分析.结果鞍钢116个单位可划分成12个风险等级,其差别费率波动在0.32%~2.24%.行业风险等级以黑色金属矿采选业和非金属矿物制品业为最高,农业、能源材料和机械电子设备批发业、综合技术服务业为最低.结论鞍钢集团公司行业风险应划分成12个等级,行业差别费率值可根据分析结果并参照大连市城镇企业职工工伤保险费缴纳标准表和黑龙江省企业职工工伤保险费缴费标准表中的行业费率做适当调整. Objective To explore different risk grades for different industrial categories in Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation,so as to determine different premium rates of casualty insurance and to establish a model for collecting premium.Methods By epidemiologic field investigation,expenditures on occupational injuries and diseases in 116 enterprises from Jan.1997 to June 1999 were investigated and analyzed.Results Among 116 enterprises in Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation,12 risk grades could be categorized,of which the premium rates might fluctuated from 0.32% to 2.24%.The highest risky industries would be iron ore mining and dressing,and refractory industry.The lowest would be agriculture industry,energy material,machinery and electronic wholesale trade,and technical supporting trade.Conclusions In all affiliated enterprises of Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation the risk might be categorized into 12 grades.The premium rates for different industries might refer to the result of this investigation;at same time refer to the premium rates set by Dalian city and Heilongjiang province with appropriate adjustment.
