主要寻求对彩民最具吸引力的彩票方案.首先通过对各种彩票方案进行分析,引入彩票方案对彩民的"吸引力"这个定量描述,并用该定量描述作为目标函数建立一般彩票方案的合理度模型.然后,根据该模型,对各种彩票方案的各种奖项出现的可能性、奖项奖金额设置以及对彩民的吸引力进行定量分析与计算,得出比较有吸引力的方案.最后设计一种比这些彩票方案更具有吸引力的彩票方案.

In this paper, we seek for the most attractive lottery ticket scheme by three steps. Firstly, we analyze various lottery ticket schemes, adopt a quantitative description - 'attraction' of lottery ticket schemes upon buyers, and make it the objective function to establish a rationality model of general lottery ticket schemes. Secondly, according to this model, we select the more attractive one through quantitative analysis and calculation of the probability, the setting of award items and prize amount, and attraction on diverse lottery ticket schemes. In the end, a more attractive scheme is successfully worked out.
