厌氧发酵残余物对草莓产量、品质及生理效应影响的研究

Studies on Effect of Anaerobic Fermentation Residues on The Yield, Quality and Physiology in Strawberry

以厌氧发酵的残余物沼液、豆饼液肥以及液体尿素作肥料处理草莓,研究不同施肥处理对草莓产量、品质及部分生理活性的影响。结果表明:液体尿素对草莓产量的处理效果最好,沼液处理的效果次之,豆饼液肥的处理效果不明显。50%浓度的沼液对草莓果实品质的处理效果最好,果实固酸比大,维生素C含量高,亚硝酸盐含量低,液体尿素的处理效果相对较差。

Biogas slurry, liquid cake fertilizer and liquid urea were used for studying the effect of different fertilizer on the yield, quality and part of the physiological activity of strawberry. Results showed that the liquid urea had the best effect on the yield of strawberry , followed by the biogas slurry. The effect of liquid cake fertilizer on strawberry were not significant .And the 50% biogas slurry has the best effect on the quality of strawberry, in which the ratio of sugar/acid and content of vitamin C were higher, while the content of nitrite was lower. But the liquid urea did not have much effect on the quality of strawberry relatively.
