自从解除管制以来,电力工业跨入了发展的第2个10年。各公司都在努力检查和改善核心经济活动和生产线的管理方式,以满足股东的经济利益。对用户而言,安全可靠的输电系统是至关重要的,因此,电力公司都致力于发展输、配电系统加大投资的战略,采用高新科技优化系统,提高工作效率。文中介绍美国、日本等大电力公司近几年的输电建设工程,其中包括日本的特高压建设、印度的高压直流输电线路和泰国的气体绝缘输电线路。
The electricity industry has now entered the second decade since deregulation began. Utilities worldwide continue to review and upgrade the management of the core business activities and streamline operations. Delivering reli- able power is critical to customers and, therefore, has utilities adopting strategies for continual investment in T&D systems and incorporating new technologies to optimize system performance and maximum workforce use. This paper introduces some transmission projects with advanced technologies including 1 000 kV lines in Japan, HVDC networks in India and GIL in Tailand.
