摘要
作为空冷技术在我国大型火电项目的首次应用,位于山西省大同市的大唐云冈热电有限责任公司于2003年底率先投产了2台200MW直接空冷机组。文章介绍了机组启动及试生产过程,并对机组的设计、主要部件、系统风压试验、风机试运、空冷凝汽器热态清洗、系统启动和停机、风机的自动调节及冬季防冻与回暖等问题进行了阐述。
As the first application of direct dry cooling technology in large size thermal power plants, two 200MW air- cooled condenser generating units of DaTang YunGang Thermal Power Corporation were put into operation in Datong city of Shanxi province at the end of 2003. As commissioning technician, the writer went through all stages including the complete set starting and trial operation and has gained initial experience about air-cooled condenser and direct dry cooling generating unit.
