摘要
解释电网短路容量与风电场最大装机容量的关系,通过算例分析来说明根据风电场装机容量与公共连接点短路容量的比值K确定风电场装机容量的局限性。指出在K值相同时,风电场引起的电压变化还与电网阻抗角和风电场功率因数有关。对确定风电场装机容量时需要计算的内容提出建议。
This paper explains the relationship between wind farm maximum capacity and short-circuit capacity of the power grid, it then points out the limitation of the K-based method for determining the wind farm capacity via a sample case stady. The simulation demonstrates that even though K value is same, the power grid impedance angle and wind farm power factor may also affect the voltage variation which is caused by wind farm. Finally, some recommendations are suggested for determining wind farm capacity.
