CD40L在肿瘤治疗中的作用
摘要
CD40L和CD40的相互作用在胸腺依赖的体液免疫和细胞免疫的调控中居于重要地位。研究表明,CD40L具有对肿瘤直接的生长抑制作用和对抗瘤免疫的激活作用。在对CD40L转染细胞诱导的抗肿瘤免疫的研究中,研究者们也取得了一些可喜的成果。这些研究进一步揭示了CD40L在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的应用前景。
