可溶性MHCⅡ类分子四聚体的制备及其应用

摘要 可溶性MHCⅡ类分子四聚体可被用于计数、分离CD4+T细胞以及分析其生物学性状,而且MHCⅡ类分子四聚体在制备、标记和应用方面显示出与MHCⅠ类分子四聚体明显不同的特点,是探索自身免疫性疾病的发病机理和筛选T细胞肽表位(tetramerguidedepitopemapping,TGEM)时必不可少的工具。
