白血病B1细胞中IL-10的RNA干涉作用

摘要
RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)指与内源性mRNA编码区某段序列同源的双链RNA(double-stranded RNA,dsRNA)导入细胞时,该序列mRNA发生特异性的降解,并导致基因表达的沉默.
