实验性腹膜炎时的肝肺损伤及腑安冲剂的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察大肠杆菌性腹膜炎时肝肺的损伤及腑安冲剂对其影响。方法用O111B4大肠杆菌和10%BaSO4佐剂腹腔注射诱发急性腹膜炎模型。将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组。采用鲎试剂法测定内毒素,放免法测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF),赖氏法测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),荧光法测定谷胱甘肽(GSH),改良八木国夫法测定丙二醛(MDA)。并对肝和肺组织做镜下检查。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠外周血及门脉血内毒素、外周血TNF含量,以及肝、肺和外周血MDA的含量明显增高(P<0.01),而GSH含量明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗组大鼠外周血及门脉血内毒素、外周血TNF含量,以及外周血和肝、肺的MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),而GSH含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01),接近于对照组。结论大肠杆菌性腹膜炎时大鼠肝肺受到严重损伤。腑安冲剂对实验性大肠杆菌性腹膜炎有明显的治疗作用。 Objective: To observe injury of liver and lungs during experimental peritionitis and therapeutic effect of Fuan disperser on experimental peritionitis. Methods: The acute peritionitis in SD rat was induced by O_~111 B_4 and 10% BaSO_4 adjuvant via celiac injection. SD rats were randomly divided into model, control and therapeutic groups. Endotoxin was determined by horseshoe crab reagent, tumor necrosis factor(TNF) by radio-immunoassay, alanine aminotransferase(ALT) by Reitman-Frankels' method, glutathione(GSH) by fluorometry, malondialdehyde(MDA) by BA MU GUO FU. The liver and lungs tissues were scrutinized under mireoscope. Results: The contents of endotoxinin peripherial and portal vein blood , TNF in peripherial blood ,MDA in peripherial blood and in liver and lung tissues in the model group were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.01).The content of GSH in peripherial blood and in liver and lung tissues in the model group was lower than that in the control group remarkably(P<0.01) . The contents of endotoxin in peripherial and portal vein blood , TNF in peripherial blood ,MDA in peripherial blood and in liver and lung tissues in the therapeutic group were significantly decreased compared with the model group(P<0.01).The content of GSH in peripherial blood and in liver and lung tissues in the therapeutic group was higher than that in the model group remarkably(P<0.01) and was equal to that in the control group nearly. Conclusion: The liver and lung in SD are injured during the peritionitis caused by E coli O_~111 B_4. Fuan dispersere has the significant therapeutic effect on this peritionitis.
