经直肠超声引导穿刺在诊断前列腺癌中的价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检在前列腺癌早期诊断中的临床价值。方法对82例高度怀疑前列腺癌(PCA)的患者进行经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检。结果病理证实PCA77例,前列腺增生(BPH)3例,其他2例。结论经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检是早期确诊PCA最有效的方法之一。
