复方柠烯乳剂灌注治疗肝胆管术后残留结石

THE POST-OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF RETAINEDBILIARY STONE WITH LIMONENE EMULSION COMPOUND

本文报告复方柠烯乳剂治疗３１例肝胆管结石术后残留结石的结果。３１例中肝内外胆管兼有结石的２０例，肝内胆管结石８例，肝外胆管结石３例，总治愈率６７．７％，总有效率１００％。作者认为柠烯乳剂是目前溶石中高效、无毒、价廉的较理想药物，尤适用于残石位置较高、体积较大、数量较多而又难以用器械或手术清除的胆管残留结石。

his is a report on the post-operative treatment of 31 patiemts having retained biliary stones withlimonene emulsion compound. It describes the medicinal composition, infusion metheds and dosage ofthe compound, course of treatment, selection of cases and the effects, criterion and results oftreatment.In out group of 31 patients, 20 patients had stones both in intra-and extra-hepatic bile ducts, 8had stones in intrahepatic ducts and 3 in extrahepatic ducts. The ttal results of treatment showed thecurative rate was 67. 7%,effective rate 100 %. Being highly efficacous, nontoxic and inexpensive, the limonene emulsion compound is still moreadvantageous when removal of stones by operation or instrument is impossible or difficult because oftheir deep location,big size or numerous or inconvenient to remove for technical reasons,such as highrisk of impairing the biliary tract. Therefore, we believe that the emulsion is an ideal solvent for biliarystones at present.
