摘要
对现有电子警察系统的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,设计并实现了一种基于嵌入式视频采集的电子警察系统,分析了系统的工作过程以及该系统的优点,给出了一种更为先进的实现方案。
We first analyze the present status of electronic police (EP) systems and their existing problems. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of current systems we have designed and realized an EP system based on embedded video capture. We also introduce the mechanism of our scheme and it's excellence. Finally a more advanced scheme is put forward.
