摘要
俄罗斯社会目前正经历着一场旷日持久的并且还在不断加剧的非战争因素人口危机。全国人口灾难性地持续减少,人口自然增长率连续十多年呈负数,人口构成急剧老化,社会劳动力储备日益萎缩。这场危机将严重影响俄罗斯民族的生存能力和俄罗斯联邦国家的精神状态,同时还将严重制约俄罗斯的经济发展和科技潜力、军事潜力的发挥,并不可避免地在很大程度上削弱其国际影响力。
Russian society is experiencing a lasting and worsening population crisis without war factors. The population of the whole country is decreasing continuously and disastrously. The natural growth rate has been in the negative for more than one decade, the population structure is aging rapidly, with the social reserve labor force withering with each passing day. This crisis will seriously affect the survival capacity of the Russian nation and the mentality of the Russia federal state. Meanwhile, it will seriously restrain the display of Russian economic development, S & T and military potentials, and will to a large extent weaken its international impact.
