摘要
介绍了监理刑事责任的定义,就监理刑事责任的构成要件及其主体进行了分析,提出了降低监理刑事责任风险的可行办法,以使监理行业、监理人员朝着规范化的方向发展。
The concept of criminal responsibility of the su pervision engineer is introduced. Based upon analysis of components and main bod y of criminal responsibility feasible method is proposed to reduce criminal resp onsibility risk of supervision engineer to realize normalization development of supervision.
