阐述了以人本管理为科学依据构建稳定和谐的劳动关系具有现实的重要意义,从人本管理效益观、人本管理理念等方面进行了论述,以树立以人本管理的科学发展观,建立健全规范的管理制度。
Stable and compatible labor relation based upo n humanistic management has practical significance to construction enterprises. In this paper from the concept, benefit and other aspects of humanistic management discussion is made in order to establish scientific concept of development and sound management system regarding human being as the basis.
