This paper briefly introduces the evolution process of the information management patterns,analyzes the impetuous factors,such as science and technology,the society's demand for information and the management concepts.The result shows that it is the key to the survival and development of the information service department to sensitively apperceive the information environment and to highly adapt to the changes accordingly.
