学习型组织是一种持续学习与组织转化的理论,图书馆可利用学习型组织理念建立共同愿景、实行团队学习、推行系统思考,开展绩效评估等策略建立学习型图书馆。
A learning organization is an organization that carries on the constant learning and a concept of transfor-mation.Libraries should offer the promising prospects for the users,organize the study in groups,promote systematic thinking,and launch the evaluation of contributions and working efficiency,etc.by using these strategies to build a learning library.
