在整个科技发展的过程中,人们对技术是否负载价值一直莫衷一是。但是随着技术特别是现代技术的发展,技术逐渐成为社会因素与科技因素渗透融合的产物,技术并非单纯意义上的价值中立。因此,我们应该对负载价值的技术加以深刻的伦理反思。通过这种反思来寻求实现技术与社会伦理协调发展的途径。

There are always disputes about whether technology loads with value or not in the course of technological development. However, with the development of technology, especially modern technology, technology has gradually become a product mingled with social and technological factors. Technology in this sense is no longer simply neutral in value. Therefore, we should ponder over the loaded value of technology and thus seek a way for the harmonious development of technology and social ethics.
