民族区域自治地方政治文明建设是中国特色社会主义政治文明建设的有机组成部分。民族自治和区域自治之间正确结合的民族区域自治制度是中国特色社会主义政治文明建设的成果,也是未来中国特色社会主义政治文明建设的制度基础之一。作者从条件、途径和任务3个方面论述了民族区域自治地方政治文明建设的基本内涵。

Political civilizing construction in ethnic autonomous regions is an integral part of socialist political civilizing construction with Chinese characteristics. As a rightful combination of ethnic autonomy and regional autonomy, the regional ethnic autonomy system is an achievement of the political civilizing construction with Chinese characteristics as well as a basis for its future development. The authors discuss the basic contents of political civilizing construction in ethnic autonomous regions from three aspects, i.e., conditions, means, and missions.
