目的 了解0 . 0 0 5 %大隆毒饵及0 . 0 375 %杀鼠迷毒饵实验室及现场灭鼠效果,为今后灭鼠工作提供科学依据。方法 用群饲养有选择给饵法测定毒饵的适口性及实验室灭鼠效果,用粉迹法测定现场鼠密度,计算灭鼠率。结果 摄食系数,大隆为0 .4 3,杀鼠迷为0 . 72 ;实验室灭鼠率,2种药品均为10. 0 % ;现场灭鼠率,大隆为98. 11% ,杀鼠迷为98 .0 6 % ;现场校正灭鼠率,大隆为98 .0 2 % ,杀鼠迷为97. 98%。结论 2种灭鼠药的适口性均好,杀鼠迷更好,实验室及现场灭鼠效果好。

Objective To understand the laboratory and field deratization effect with 0.005% Brodifacoum poison bait and ~0.037?5% cumatetralyl,and to prov ide scientific data for deratization in the future.Methods The group feeding method wa s used to determine the palatability of the poison bait and the laboratory derat ization effect.And the powder trace method was used to determine the field rat density and calculate the deratization effect.Results The ingestion index was 0.43 for Brodifacoum and 0.72 for Cumatetralyl.The laboratory deratization r ate was 100% for both poison baits.The field deratization rate was 98.11% for B rodifacoum and 98.06% for Cumatetralyl.And the corrected deratization rate was 98.02% for Brodifacoum and 97.98% for Cumatetralyl.Conclusion Both poison bai ts,which are good in palatability,with Cumatetralyl better,have good laborato ry and field deratization effect.
