直线加速器及X-刀综合治疗鼻咽癌的护理

目的探讨直线加速器及X-刀综合治疗鼻咽癌的护理。方法回顾性总结和分析13例鼻咽癌患者在运用直线加速器及X-刀综合治疗期的护理体会。结果全部病历顺利完成放射治疗,3个月经CT(X线断层扫瞄)或MRI(磁共振)复查肿瘤完全消失占77.0%(10/13),明显缩小占15.0%(2/13),缩小占8.0%(1/13);本组病例中,1年生存率84.6%,2年生存率为77.0%。结论做好心理护理,放射野皮肤的护理,口腔和饮食护理,病情观察和康复训练是促使患者早日康复的保证。

Objective To study the nursing effect on Nasopharynx Cancer patients during linac and X-Knife treatment. Methods The 13 patients with Nasopharynx Cancer who received linear accelerator (Linac) and X-Knife treatment were given psychological support, oral and nasal cavity nursing, pain-relieving vapor inhalation, and functional exercise. Results All patients could complete radiotherapy smoothly with these nursing supports. CT or MRI taken 3 months after treatment showed 77% (10/13) complete recession (CR) and 8% partial recession (PR). Conclusion The nursing support is important and effective to the Nasopharynx Cancer patients during radiotherapy.
